Founded in 2022 Network Supply Warehouse started as a small online store focused on new and refurbished hardware.. Today, we have grown into a top supplier of new and refurbished hardware products in addition to reselling software services. We work off a referral basis from our customers instead of advertising or having agents placing orders. It is one of the ways we keep or costs low so we can pass those prices onto our customers.

RMA returns or exchanges are handled thru our support channel.. All refurbished products have a 30 no hassle return policy. New production carry a 90 warranty unless otherwise defined by the manufacturer. Digital delivery items are non-refundable due to their nature.
What happens next?
Now that you've received an e-mail from us with your RMA number, here are some steps to help you successfully complete your return. Please contact Customer Relations with additional questions at returns@networksupplywarehouse.com. Please include your RMA number is application in the subject line.
General Information
Your approved RMA number is valid for 10 business days.
If the purchase price of your return is to be credited to your account, we will post the credit within 24 hours from the time we receive the product.
To ensure that your return is handled promptly and efficiently please follow these steps:
The RMA number should be clearly noted on the shipping label of each box or you may write it on the shipping box. Please do not record the RMA number on the original manufacturer's box.
The return box should contain all items that were included with the original shipment, including the original manufacturer's box and packing material, all accessories, UPC bar codes, manuals, etc. that came with the original shipment.
If you have multiple packages to return, please make photocopies of the return address that was e-mailed to you and tape one on each package. Please use clear tape or a clear carrier pouch with a self-adhesive back to affix the return address to the box.
All boxes should be securely packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment back to us.
All physical and digital orders are subject to a 48 hour cancellation request. Any cancellations request must be submitted to purchasing@networksupplywarehouse.com at which time we will process a cancellation and send a follow up confirmation. If the product has already been shipped then the cancellation will be processed as a return RMA. Should you have any questions regarding this process reach out to our support team and they will happily guide you thru the process.
Once the cancellation process has been completed to the include the return merchandise a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
